Below are three photos to give you an idea of how much product you will receive in each size package. We filled up each size bag with marbles and placed them next to a quarter to provide a clear representation. There are two different photos, one for standard spices/seasonings and one for herbs. Since many herbs are so leafy the same weight will fill up a much larger bag. This is why some of the herb prices seem a lot higher than the spice prices, but you are actually receiving more product.
The third image is of our 1 cup Bottle with Sifter next to a popular national brand found in most grocery stores. You can see that our bottle holds close to 2.5 times more product than the national brand bottle. Plus, ours often costs less! Please be aware some other online retailers only offer 1/2 cup(4 fluid ounces) bottles. We choose to offer double the size 1 cup (8 fluid ounces) bottles to give you the biggest bang for your buck!
We hope you can see from these images that regardless of which size you order, you are getting a lot of product and a very good value compared to the supermarket.
Farmer's Breakfast Casserole Recipe
A farmer’s breakfast has to be large enough to keep them full till lunch time. This is a fully-stocked casserole for just that purpose! Or…maybe just to satisfy your family nicely with breakfast or breakfast for dinner! The key to Flavor Town in this easy recipe is the hot sauce, it really amps up the rest of the ingredients without being too “spicy”. Try some of our Busha Brownes Pukka Hot Pepper Sauce with it. This recipe is in an 8×8, but it easily doubles for a 9×13 to feed a crowd, just add 10-15 minutes on to the cooking time.

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients
- 3 cups
frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 2 cups
cooked, cubed ham
- 1 bunch
chopped green onions (about 1 cups total) the green part AND the white part
- 4
eggs
- One 12-ounce can
evaporated milk (located in the baking aisle)
- 1 tablespoon
hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon
Smoked Spanish Paprika
- 1 teaspoon
Ground Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 cups
sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Spray an 8×8 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Add the frozen hashbrowns to the bottom. Sprinkle the ham cubes and green onions over the hashbrowns.
Whip together the eggs, evaporated milk, hot sauce and seasonings. Pour over the ham. Top with the shredded sharp cheddar.
Bake uncovered at 375-degrees for 55-60 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. If there seems to be “extra” liquid it needs to cook longer, depending on your oven. Slice into squares and serve immediately! Pairs wonderfully with our homemade cinnamon roll recipe! Enjoy!
