Taste and Aroma: Allspice is aptly named for its unique flavor combination that is reminiscent of a blend of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and pepper.
Uses: Pure Allspice Extract can be used in baking, beverages and ice cream. We recommend using one teaspoon to flavor your typical cake or cookie recipe. Try this flavoring as a subsitute for vanilla extract in cheesecake, pancakes or waffles. Three to four ounces of extract will flavor five gallons of ice cream.
