Ingredients: Alcohol, Water and Cardamom Oil
Taste and Aroma: Warm, lemony, sweet and fresh.
Uses: Use in place of vanilla extract in cakes, frosting, cookies and ice cream. Use 1.25 ounces of extract in one gallon of ice cream base. Our Cardamom Extract is colorless and will not discolor pure white frosting. Try adding this extract to your pancake or waffle batter. Cardamom Extract can also be used to flavor beer and is a popular choice for micro-breweries.
