Uses: Healthy substitute for regular flour in almost any baking application including: Bread, cookies, cake, muffins, gravies, sauces, soymilk pancakes, pie, desserts and pastries.
Substitutes:Clear Jel Cook Type, Xanthan Gum, Gypsum Powder, Tapioca Starch and Spelt Flour.
Fun Fact: Defatted Soy Flour is even richer in protein than soy flour, as many of the unnecessary oils are removed.
