Ingredients: Toasted Soy Grits, Spices, Dehydrated Onion, Paprika, Caramel Color, Paprika Oleoresin, and Not More Than 2% Sunflower Oil and Silicone Dioxide Added as a Processing Aid.
Taste and Aroma: Warm, bold and full flavored. Cajun seasoning is the essence of good Cajun food.
Uses: New Orleans Cooking, chicken wings, steak, eggs, vegetables and fries.
Substitutes: Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Black Pepper or Blackening Seasoning
