Taste and Aroma: Subtle, pleasant, sweet and soothing.
Uses: Chamomile is well known for it's soothing and relaxing properties. It is used primarily in tea. Use approximately one teaspoon of chamomile flowers for each cup of tea.
Substitutes: Ginger Cracked Pieces, Lavender Buds - Dried Food Grade and Hibiscus Powder.
