Ingredients: Whole Sage Leaves
Taste and Aroma: Strong, warm and slightly peppery.
Uses: Thanksgiving turkey stuffing, poultry, Italian cooking, eggplant, bread and dumplings.
Substitutes: Sage Ground, Rubbed Sage, Rosemary Needles or Poultry Seasoning.
