Ingredients: Hungarian Paprika
Taste and Aroma: Warm, sweet, peppery and pleasant.
Uses: Paprikash, goulash, chicken, eggs, salad, rice, stews and soup.
Substitutes:Hot Hungarian Paprika, Piment d'Espelette, Sweet Spanish Paprika, Smoked Spanish Paprika or Cayenne Pepper.
Fun Fact: Hungary is believed to have the best paprika, both because of favorable weather conditions and the long history of Hungarian farmers specializing in paprika.
Health Values:
-May contain high amounts of vitamin C
-May have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties
-May act as a stimulant that increase the production of saliva and certain stomach acids to aid in digestion
-May help improve circulation and regulate blood pressure
