Uses: Dextrose Monohydrate is a healthier substitue for sugar, fructose and sucrose. Dextrose is also known to lessen baking time with faster rising and browning effects than similar ingredients. Given that Dextrose is less sweet, use about 2 times as much in recipes such as: Tea, coffee, shakes, brewing, wine, fruits, baking, cookies, brownies, cake, doughnuts and bread.
