Taste and Aroma: Powerful, intense and salty.
Uses: Hamburgers, chili or anything one would use garlic or salt on.
Substitutes: Garlic Powder Pure, Onion Salt, Garlic Powder Granulated, Black Garlic Whole, Black Garlic Powder or Onion Powder
Fun Fact: Garlic has a very vivid history and lore, dating far back to consumption by the pyramid building Egyptians, to more modern folklore involving vampires.
