Below are three photos to give you an idea of how much product you will receive in each size package. We filled up each size bag with marbles and placed them next to a quarter to provide a clear representation. There are two different photos, one for standard spices/seasonings and one for herbs. Since many herbs are so leafy the same weight will fill up a much larger bag. This is why some of the herb prices seem a lot higher than the spice prices, but you are actually receiving more product.

The third image is of our 1 cup Bottle with Sifter next to a popular national brand found in most grocery stores. You can see that our bottle holds close to 2.5 times more product than the national brand bottle. Plus, ours often costs less! Please be aware some other online retailers only offer 1/2 cup(4 fluid ounces) bottles. We choose to offer double the size 1 cup (8 fluid ounces) bottles to give you the biggest bang for your buck!

We hope you can see from these images that regardless of which size you order, you are getting a lot of product and a very good value compared to the supermarket.

Ingredients: Turmeric Finger Whole (5% curcumin)
Taste and Aroma: Warm, powerful, slightly bitter and similar to ginger.
Uses: Authentic Indian Cuisine, curry, vegetables, chicken, stew, soup, fish, sauce, pickles and relish.
Substitutes: Turmeric Ground, Curry Powder, Maharajah Style Curry Powder and Saffron Spanish Superior Grade.
Fun Fact: Turmeric is packed with antioxidants and in preliminary studies is showing promising results in the fight against cancer.

Great Customer Service

I had purchased 1 pound of a whole turmeric dried fingers from myspicesage for $25 and they've sent those to me, but the fingers were too tiny. I went to a locat indian grocery store they had bigger dried fingers for $3.99 for a one pound bag and had to return the ones I got from this website. The cistomer service was great and they've refunded my money with no issues. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchace. If I need anything else that I can't find in a local store I will defenitely buy from this website with confidence. I was worried a bit after reading negative comments about bad customer service before giving them a call but they were very responsive and really nice. I reccomend these guys to everyone. Buy with confidence!

I order the things I use often in small quantities and you can tell by the way my food tastes and by the look and smell of it when you use it. Love the coarse ground pepper!
