Ingredients: Chervil
Taste and Aroma: Distinctive, warm with a hint of Anise. Similar to parsley.
Uses: Salads, eggs, potatoes, and French cooking.
Substitutes:Tarragon, Parsley Flakes, or Dill Weed
Fun Fact: Eating a full plant of Chervil is purported to cure hiccups; although this might seem like great lengths to rid oneself of a minor annoyance.
