Dark Brown Sugar

Ingredients: Brown Sugar and Cane Caramel Color.
Taste and Aroma: Just as sweet as white sugar, but provides a softer and moister final product.
Uses: Baking, cookies, BBQ sauce, ham, pudding, cake, glaze, frosting, pie, muffins, coffee cake and bread.
Substitutes:Light Brown Sugar, Maple Sugar, Sucanat, Demerara Sugar, Cinnamon Sugar, Raw Sugar, Honey Granulated, Evaporated Cane Juice or Turbinado Sugar.
Fun Fact: The difference between Dark Brown Sugar and Light Brown Sugar is its molasses content, at 6.5% and 3.5% respectively.
