Taste and Aroma: Similar to caraway seed, sweet, slightly bitter and fresh.
Uses: Cucumber pickling, baking, cakes, breads, salad dressings and fish.
Substitutes: Dill Dip Mix, Dill Weed, Pickling Spice, Caraway Seed or Flax Seed.
Fun Fact: Dill weed was used in medieval Europe to foster love via love potions.
