Ingredients: Alcohol, Water and Natural Flavor
Taste and Aroma: Intense citrus and vanilla flavors with floral notes.
Uses: Can be used in cakes, cookies, biscotti, ice cream, whipped cream, custards, sprinkled on sponge cakes, in tea and fruit soups. In Italy it is used to flavor traditional panettone and other baked goods. Use about 1/ 2 teaspoon for a typical cookie recipe-- this has a very strong flavor.
Substitutes:Pure Orange Extract and Orange Blossom Water
Fun Fact: Panettone is an Italian sweet bread loaf eaten around Christmas and New Years; the bread has a cylindrical shape, which is often attained by cooking in a large can (usually leftover from canned tomatoes).
