Below are three photos to give you an idea of how much product you will receive in each size package. We filled up each size bag with marbles and placed them next to a quarter to provide a clear representation. There are two different photos, one for standard spices/seasonings and one for herbs. Since many herbs are so leafy the same weight will fill up a much larger bag. This is why some of the herb prices seem a lot higher than the spice prices, but you are actually receiving more product.

The third image is of our 1 cup Bottle with Sifter next to a popular national brand found in most grocery stores. You can see that our bottle holds close to 2.5 times more product than the national brand bottle. Plus, ours often costs less! Please be aware some other online retailers only offer 1/2 cup(4 fluid ounces) bottles. We choose to offer double the size 1 cup (8 fluid ounces) bottles to give you the biggest bang for your buck!

We hope you can see from these images that regardless of which size you order, you are getting a lot of product and a very good value compared to the supermarket.

Fine classic blend

Virtually identical to original with best quality ingredients. IMHO taste is superior to average package grocery store offerings. As a base, made a "curry" blend with addition of lemon zest, fresh ground Malabar black pepper, Utah mineral salt & turmeric...superb...received glowing reviews!!!

Garam Masala is a very nice, complex mixture

Garam Masala from MySpiceSage is an excellent value. It has middle-of-the-road spicy flavor but is perfect for the first-time consumer. Once you have tried it you can adjust it with other spices from MySpiceSage. It is definitely better than that which is sold at Walmart, Target, Trader Joe's, et cetera. I encourage you to try it in various Indian or Persian cuisines. I love it cooked in roast beef or roast lamb. Good on grilled meats or veggies and AWESOME on the smoker!

Garam Masala can go on any kind of food.

Even though I am not from India and my husband is from India, I use garam masala on all kinds of foods from veggies to chicken and what ever else I can use it on. I use it sparingly because I want to make it subtle but it always tastes very good.

Wish I had known about Garam Masala years ago

I make split red lentil soup a lot because I really like it. A friend of mine introduced me to this seasoning a few months ago and now I can't live without it. The flavor is warm, has a hint of cinnamon, clove, ginger cumin and tastes like a warm fall day. This is so good it really doesn't care what kind of meat you use it on. I highly recommend it.
