Ingredients: Jasmine Green Tea
Taste and Aroma: Light, flowery, perfumy, sweet and pleasant.
Uses: Use 1.5 teaspoons per cup. Steep for 1 - 2 minutes. Makes a pleasant cup of tea or use in baking. Cakes, cookies, bread, and pastries.
Substitutes: Silver Needle Tea or Earl Grey Tea.
Fun Fact: Jasmine flowers are picked early in the day, so that by nightfall they are already opened and ready to impart their flavor to the world.
