I always like to keep them on hand; that way, I can brew a cup of mint tea when my stomach is upset. Good for heartburn also.
Needed something I could keep on a shelf for those times when I'm pulling together a quick meal and didn't have time to stop at a store. These work great as a pinch hitter for fresh. Best if used with dishes that have to simmer for 20+ minutes to really bring out the flavor. Bonus if there's some kind of fat involved (cream, oil, drippings) as it reconstitutes well with this element. Solid shelf staple item.

The celery flakes were so fresh smelling & tasting. They are great for my soups, add-in for all types of stuffing & rice. They are wonderful.
I put it with other spices an mix it so it goes with chicken, baby back ribs, an pork chops. Just enough to sweeten it but not to much.
