Ingredients: Sugar, Cinnamon, and Not More Than 1% Cottonseed Oil Added as a Processing Aid.
Taste and Aroma: Sweet, pleasant and warm.
Uses: Muffins, cereal, toast, coffee, teas, cookies and cinnamon rolls.
Substitutes: Cinnamon Korintje Grade A Powder, Maple Sugar, Demerara Sugar, Light Brown Sugar, Dark Brown Sugar, Ceylon Cinnamon Powder,Honey Powder, Saigon Vietnamese Cinnamon Ground, Apple Pie Spice or Turbinado Sugar.
