Sea Salt with Black Pepper Popcorn Seasoning

Ingredients: Salt, Spice, Tapioca Starch and Less than 2% Cottonseed Oil (as a processing aid)
Taste and Aroma: Salty with a bite from the cracked black pepper.
Uses: Popcorn, homemade chips or French fries.

Fun Fact: Popcorn differs from other varieties of corn in that is has a thicker hull. The hull allows pressure from the heated water to build and eventually bursts open. The inside starch becomes gelatinous while being heated; when the hull bursts, the gelatinized starch spills out and cools, giving it its familiar popcorn shape.
