Taste and Aroma: Similar to Black Pepper, but slightly milder and smoother.
Uses: Mashed potatoes, lightly colored sauces, or any dish one would eat with Black Pepper.
Substitutes:White Peppercorns, Black Pepper, Pink Peppercorns, Green Peppercorns or Four Peppercorn Blend.
Fun Fact: White pepper is far more popular than Black Pepper in Europe.
